How To Limit the High Speed Setting on a Danfoss Variable Frequency Drive

Worked on a lot of different VFD'S. Danfoss is the best. Great tech support. On 75 to 150 HP Danfoss old VLT 6000 & Newest FC200'S had trouble numerous times drawing high current say above 54 Hertz. Found out that too many room dampers were either closed or only partially open. Would place motor in bypass and it would draw over rated motor nameplate amps. Also had higher ampere where bearings were going so was told to ramp max speed down until repair could be done.

Sir we have 2 kw VFD.. we face problem .. 3 mA out put Defrance.. we apply 16 mA with source..... Get out put 13 mA .... .. what's problem.. Regards

When i change the frequency and press OK it goes back to the settings saved before. Could this mean the drive is locked to do changes?

Hello I just replace a TR 150 drive with the VLT FC 102 but I cant make the motor run to max speed the manual says to check the output limits on 4-13 but it doesn't show on the display. It only shows 4-12 and 4-14. Any Idea on what am I doing wrong? Thx

how do u set the cut off point for the pump you are running to leave a certain amount of volume in a tank so it dont suck it dry. thank u
