Hi, what happen if we don`t use I/Os? Means, we set torque limit and go with the winch in up direction. Torque will reach torque limit and ... what happen?

Hi Daniel, if the VLT reaches torque limit then you will get a warning to start with, and then afterwards get an alarm and the drive will stop and you will drop the load

@@danfossdrives . Other cases: 1.Drive in close loop speed control. Speed 0. External force try to rotate motor shaft. What happen when torque limit is exceeded? Still no movement or motor will be moved by external force with constant torque equal to torque limit? 2. Generally, I`m looking for soltution to have overload protection but not with stop. I want VLT to allow rotating if torque limit is eceeded and VT should keep constant torque on motor. Speed will be changing accoridng to external force speed. Thank you for answer

Hi Daniel, since your questions are quite specific, could I ask you to contact your local Danfoss support? You can find the contact details for each country here: www.danfoss.com/en/contact-us/contacts-list/?filter=type%3Adanfoss-sales-service-center

A lot of people would say that the Danfoss are the Mercedes of the inverters, I would say that their inventors are absolute joke. 1) can`t work more than a 5 months in a dust environment 2) always has issues with turbines , DC over or under voltage, in the manual nothing helps to resolve the issue 3) they are not well protected if we have short circuit , for instance we put into production a new inverter FC 302, it worked well for 2 months, then we had some issues with the rotor of the motor and at the output of the inverter there always is a 4 volts residual voltage that work like a brake ( despite that we put new motor) 4) not easy for configuration, auto tune is ok, but still a lot of options that in the usual environment do not need 5) theoretically they are very good in the test environment like this one on the video, practically they are real joke in the heavy production environment with 24/7 operation 6) last but not least, quite expensive , I do not why? 7) you have golden edges that connect the display to the board, and when you press the display harder it look like he has been made in china
