Can you really blame them though? She takes them to this island, removed their memories of Hope's Peak, and refuses to explain anything. She's not really any better than Monokuma except for the fact that she doesn't want them to die.

Ok listen. I feel like the killer is Peko Pekoyama and heres why: Peko met them at the diner somewhere between 3 and 4, right? And when she got there she said she had been swimming for 3 hours. Which means she was there at 3, which is the time the Monokuma file said Mahiru was killed. And I know she was wet when she came in but she could've just killed Mahiru, thought of the lie and got herself wet as a way to "prove it", and then whet to the diner to meet up with the others and tell them that lie. Feel free to reply to me and make you arguements.

And also I think the most obvious clue is empty bottle water in trash can and how soda earlier on pointed that the shower in the beach house is broken.So she must've used the water bottle not only to clean herself up,but also to create fake alibi.

When I first watched V2 and when it showed the water bottles my first thought was: *It was Peko* Because she is literally the only one wet when she came into the diner, plus Peko never leaves her sword behind so it was suppose to be wet but it wasn’t. Can’t believe I was right all along
