Gundham is honestly one of the best (and cutest) characters in Dangan Ronpa 2, in my opinion. I still have a few questions though...like, I wonder if Gundham is a vegan. It'd definitely make sense for his character, and it'd be insanely cute. Also, I learned a bit more about hamsters. Thanks, Gundham. Lmao. But seriously, his reaction when Hajime held his hand a little tighter was so fuckin' cute. You could definitely tell that he'd never had physical contact with anyone in a really long time, or even at all. His personality is very lovable too. Such a cinnamon roll he is. That bit about him not having physical contact with anyone becomes a lot sadder when you look at his latter bit of dialogue. He say he's the offspring of an angel and a devil, a cursed being shunned and rejected by everything in this world.. He also described being born of a "torrid affair" during Chapter 4. I think this is meant to imply that Gundham was born out of wedlock and was rejected by both sides of his family, except for his mother. Makes me wonder if they ever sent him so much as a card for his birthday.

In this word we are but descendants of the wanderer. Separations is a cruel thing to say the least, seeing one who could finally understand the scriptures you write on temple walls, yet it seems they are but a phantom. When it comes to seperation and yearning I find solice in an old english poem called "The Wanderer". One with an undetermined date and undetermined author. I also find comfort in the song version by Peter Pringle (You can find it by searching SAXON LYRE peter pringle, it's a shortened and more modern version of the poem in song form, but quite comforting and beautiful to say the least.) Listen or read it sometime, it helps me sympathize with another from centuries ago who felt there was not a soul who understood them.

A character who trusts animals more than people is somewhat relatable. But I thought of something about Gundam after watching the ending of this game (spoilers incoming)... It's mentioned that the Remnants of Despair took apart Junko's corpse and some transplanted her eyeballs into their own bodies. I haven't seen an explanation for why Gundam's eyes are two different colors, assuming the born of an angel and devil is just a defense mechanism for him. Not to mention that scar over the eye that is of a very similar color to Junko's own.
