it’s nice to see a demented serial killer who actually killed people in the game (unlike genocide jack, who was pretty much a joke character).. and he wasn’t baited by the motive, either. he killed for his own twisted reasons, he didn’t even kill so he could escape. unlike celestia, for example, who was completely drawn in by the motive and wanted to escape desperately. korekiyo is the perfect character to be a blackened. he’s creepy, quiet and observant. he was really helpful and clever during the class trials, and his murder scheme was almost flawless. if it wasn’t for tenko’s death, they would have never figured out korekiyo was the culprit. and you can’t forget his backstory, either. it’s so tragic and messed up that you can’t help but feel bad for him. also, his stories in freetime events are interesting, and that sprite where he’s cross-eyed and playing with his necklace is wholesome 🙄
