He does... in a way. Play as Korekiyo and on your first year, you get a scene where he has to give a note to someone. Pick the third choice, and you get to see him give it to Teruteru. (Also, Haberkornception.)

As late as this is, Korekiyo’s sister is not a personality. Some speculate it as a tulpa or actual possession, but it does not meet many requirements to confirm Korekiyo has DID. Though an interaction would be kinda scary.

Still, it would’ve been nice if the DR3 characters got their own character sprites and stuff instead of being exiled to the Future Course, because I would’ve actually loved to watch Teruteru actually order that cake from Ruruka.
