The mood of this song is supposed to stick with the nature and emotion of Dangaronpa V3. It's mysterious (like the school's environment with vines and ruin, or the attitudes of the students who all seem to be extremely relaxed in the environment, hence why it feels relaxing). With Dangaronpa 1 & 2, their locations aren't mysterious and are completely normal, yet there is tension & anxiety throughout the game. Hopes Peak Academy too feels hi-fi, which explains the high amount of synth and beat. You don't have to like it, but you have to feel it.
