I love going along with this part of the song! "am i sick of home, or just homesick? exhausting how i can't focus adjust and go, flux and flow smile so you don't notice cause right now, now's not a good time you don't want to know me on the inside shadows move fast in a blackout lost in a dark place, gone, but i'm back now at the start, wasn't no one there for me to care for me, i tiptoed carefully and yeah, you were looking to embarrass me but you move in the dark so carelessly and the worst thing? i miss you bad... i hate myself for the times we had tell me now what it's like to know once you let go you can never get it back they say when no one believes you, believe yourself stare in the mirror until you see yourself crawl until you walk until you free yourself and when they start lending hands you won't need the help but i'm lost in the glare of the limelight scared at the thought of my old life phone in my hand and it's midnight all missed calls, guess i never got the time right

I wish Linkin Park would actually return to this style of music instead of their new music. I like the new music, but just really really miss that old sound. gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. I hope Dangerkids keep this style, and come out with a new album soon. (:

@predatorfang10 жыл бұрын
brsniper312 yeah I have and I have to say, it's not too bad. But they still need to change a bit more in order for that feel to come back.

Zachary Hourigan artists tastes and musiical styles grow and evolve its counter productive to continue to make the same sounding album over and over again
@predatorfang10 жыл бұрын
john wilson Not necessarily if the listeners still love the sound, I don't see any counter productivity going on there. Just more people creating good sounding music. Sure, styles change over time but not all of them need to continue progressing until the people get tired of listening to it.

God I wish people would STOP fucking comparing them. >< The ONLY thing they have in common is that the rapper sounds VAGUELY similar to Mike. Guitar work? Drumming? Clean vocals? Harsh vocals? Hell, the lyrics (for the most part)? NONE of it is ANYTHING like ANYTHING Linkin Park has done. ;-; C'mon people. This is what happens in music. Bands are influenced by who they listen to. That's the way it works. Now please stop comparing them. ;-; Bugs me almost as much as how every female vocalist is compared to Haley Williams.

I'll compare them simply because the subject matter and genre is similar, sure the sound is different, but the quality is similar.
@TACOnarwhal2110 жыл бұрын
actually, the singer tyler said that he idolized linkin park and paid his homage with the sounds that dangerkids produces, not to mention placing LP into the lyrics of Light Escapes

Yeah, I was going to mention that, it's to the exact same beat too :p

Yea I agree, Hybrid Theory went huge. If anything I'd say their sound is more similar to Meteora than anything after. Really I feel like if one compares them this similarly to Linkin Park that you have to compare them atleast a little to Hollywood Undead too.

Everyone who says "they sound like Linkin Park!" I say wrong. They sound like OLD Linkin Park back when Bleed it Out, What I've Done, and even before were big. I think Dangerkids are a very good band with a nice sound. It may not be super original but its still a very good cover, for lack of a better word, on what old Linkin Park sounded like.

I know this band since the first songs. This band will be better than Linkin Park. Maybe better. Great lyrics, and the instrumental part, perfect.
@eternalfear8811 жыл бұрын
What i mean by "old Linkin Park" is their sound. Bleed It Out and What I'v Done are both songs that still had the rock feeling to them instead of the stupid electronic bullshit they are playing now. To each their own though. I make the cut off for LP at A New Divide or w.e that song/album was i can't remember, don't listen to them anymore.
