We had the town of Cruso in North Carolina get wiped out from flash flooding . This is far more wide spread than we saw. When mountains wash away it isn't pretty and can happen without warning. Cruso is still rebuilding. Eastern Kentucky is really economically challenged without this. If we cannot empathize and care for our fellow humans, we are lost. God bless and keep those facing struggle.

If we start solar geoengineering before 2030, it will cost 50 billion dollars annually (which is thousands of times smaller than the current US budget) to refreeze the arctic. This cost is literally nothing and extremely inexpensive. We should only use non ozone depleting aerosols like chalk, calcium oxide, sand and salt. If we use sulfur dioxide, we risk ozone depletion.
