Reference flue not sealed at 2:46. Good luck with trying to get Gas Safe technical help to give you a definitive answer on the risk classification as it seems to depend on which person picks up the phone. I have has this situation classed it as NCS, At Risk and Immediately Dangerous. I personally would put this as At Risk if the sections are screwed together & the outside flue is sealed/collar fitted.

Oil burning boilers are not that uncommon here in Russia. Especially in remote locations. Sometimes you also come across coal and diesel fired ones too

I deal with many holiday homes it seems to be an issue concerning turning the power off & when second home owners return to their sanctuary the fan fails. Also noticed happening after power cuts.

Another good video mate 👍🏻 Never had issue with disconnecting Ri/junior fans and I’ve done literally hundreds, flexicoms on the other hand..try not to turn off if avoidable! Ps that fella knows you can change the fan pcb on that model of fan?
