I was there a few weeks ago for the first time and I loved it. I'll definitely be going back when I get the chance. What's up with the house just north of Campwood? It's got a huge adobe looking wall with broken glass bottles all along the top of it. Looking at the satellite this is a really fancy looking place. Drug cartel?

I like the route from Kerville thru Medina to Leakey, check out the Cowboy Motel in Camp Wood, it’s a great place for an overnight trip to the area.
