This is why I like to listen to artists discography in order before claiming one project better than the other! We have to remember these are artists and they don't go into new projects trying to recreate something they have already done. That is why Positions is slow R&B. It was a new creative lane for her. She had already laid out this high-energy Pop classic project. And yes, it's a 10/10.

In my opinion it was a boring album, I didn’t feel any connection to the songs and the only good songs were the hits like 34+35, nasty, motive etc… its not about “understanding her as an artist” it was different and it wont cater to her entire audience.
