💯 I was practicing meditation for 15+ years, it helped 0.5%. Meditation only helps emotionally regulated people stay emotionally regulated when they have minor hiccups. When you have any kind of mental illness, trauma or neurological disorder where you’re chronically emotionally dysregulated, meditation is not going to fix you. Trauma therapy and ADHD medication has helped me. Thank you for spreading this awareness and information. Sadhguru is widely followed and unfortunely spreading disempowering misinformation about ADHD, essentially gaslighting people who have a neurological disorder into thinking they’re not meditating good enough. 😢 Maddening.

Glad it resonated with you. There is for sure misinformation out there. There was a time when I used to recommend people meditation for almost everything until I went through few experiences related to anxiety, PTSD effects after my experience with weed and depression. thank you for sharing your experience💚
