I'm proud of what you're doing, however my concern is that your handling of suspects it's different between your own [white suspects] you handle them with dignity compare to their black counterparts, you really showed how aggressive you are to blacks. Keep up the good work anyway.

It's not a race a thing. Unfortunately black people tend to be more hardass with us in the private security because the majority of times we are white. I've had black and white people cuss me threaten me and tried to fight me. If you show us respect well show you respect
