Hahahaha I can't stop laughing at you guys because I see myself into you when I was just starting to learn to do a backflip. I even remembered when I had my first accident on a concrete and that was so scary. I know that was a dangerous thing to do but I already learned from my mistakes. Now I can do different handsprings and flips easily. Thanks to those mistakes, as well as good and bad memories. With hardwork and determination, nothing is impossible. You'll make it through.

@@micahspeedwell4919 Try to focus on getting more hight, throw your arms up more, also make sure to not throw your head back, try to find and object in the distance and stare at that. And slowly use your hands less and less untill you can do it without your hands. Then focus on technique, and try to tuck and throw your arms harder and higher until you can land it on crash mats. The you've just got to throw it :).
