There's a few behind the scenes video from the creator that explains some of the magic behind these trolls and it's absolutely INSANE. The stunlock express took like 4 hours just line up ONE single thing to make it an infinite stun. The swap on the Spiny cannon and the Boot canon was awesome too. And the spiny goomber before the pipes that comes in on a coaster has to be the most crazy genius setup in a long while (you wouldn't believe when this is all starting up to end there). This level is magical :D

There is some weird glitch that moves the location of items coming out of pipes, which is how the goombrats were coming out of the walls. They used entity limits to have only 1 at a time during that section where it kept moving.

So what is so secret about the level, and how does Nintendo not know about it when it was uploaded to their servers?

They don't like makers exploiting the unintended glitches so when those levels are brought to NCorp mod's attention they delete level and issue warning to maker. Makers have to coordinate with streamers to save level file direct to the streamer's personal offline stash then delete original file from NCorp server. One could argue NCorp could roll out a patch that elimates glitch tech, but NCorp hasn't bothered with SMM2 since 2019 so unlikely they even care anymore.

Well, I was more just paralleling to his title that didn't make any sense! It would have been uploaded to Nintendo servers and at least left the trace unless the creator deleting it automatically deletes it from their servers with them not able to see it. This isn't the worst, but Dave has had some clickbait type titles that were pretty off, the blippi one being a recent example where he had the thumbnail photoshopped and the title exclaiming someone called him the blippi of Mario maker, and the only thing related to that in the video was him making an offhand comment that someone once said that.
