In the first minute I let you know it would be silly for me to not make these videos, as clearly MANY like to watch them. After my Tia video I had many high level females reach out to me about the accusations the non-informaed make about them. This one goes out to all of you. -Andrew

I was a gymnast my entire life before getting into CrossFit 2 years ago. The results, physique changes, and strength improvements I've seen in two years (as a natural athlete who trains 1 hour per day 5 days per week doing daily WODS) has been crazy. Yes, my sports history helps, but the methodology also works. I think if I hadn't experienced what CrossFit can do myself, I'd find it really hard to believe that people can achieve certain physiques and perform the way they do athletically without PEDs. Not saying everyone is "natty" but CrossFit does produce results - especially in combination with good genes and athletic backgrounds.
@andrewwallace8534

Doing cardio/endurance workouts like CrossFit are not gonna build muscle like bodybuilding/powerbuilding. You’re producing results because as far strength training goes you’re practically untrained regardless of your gymnastics experience.

1. Even on PEDs an athlete still has to work hard. 2. More than 10 years ago,one of my daughetr's bridesmaids was a crossfitter. She competed at a low level as a personal challenge, and for fun. I told her that the athletes I'd seen at local competitions, who wanted to get to the games, were using PEDs. She agreed. She told me that all the top competitors in her box, that included athletes who went to regionals were using PEDs. I asked her how she knew. Her answer: most of them just tell athletes like her at the box. 3. Nothing new under the sun.

You’re missing the point, people want to know what’s possible naturally and what they need to do if they want to reach a similar level. Nobody cares about who’s natural just for the hell of it, people are so curious because the lines get blurred between what’s naturally achievable and what’s not. If you lift for 3-5 years naturally and you don’t look anything like a bodybuilder or no where near the strength of a powerlifter who claims to be natural….then you’ll most likely start to doubt yourself and wonder if you’ve got bad genetics. I have amazing genetics and even I have felt this way because for awhile I believed these fake nattys.

My reasons for thinking she's natural are kind of a back-handed compliment. Her body composition and her performances have remained mostly the same over the years. She's always been strong and then she's always been mediocre at everything else and hasn't ever shown exceptional progress in anything. (steel fitters/welders/riggers that work in oil/gas, dams, nuclear power plants, shipyards, pulp mills etc.) I know there is no quick fix but maybe a fast track? 2-3 months? Would cardio several times a day help? There is a lot of heavy lifting, extreme heat conditions, confined spaces, a lot of stairs and walking with gear and equipment, etc. It is exhausting and stressful work. If you can come up with a program or suggest something that helps job specific I would appreciate it.

Very annoying to have people that don’t know what they’re talking about tell you things about your sport. So yes they are on PEDS, forget about steroids coalition with strength and size and remember it’s meant for rebuilding worn out damaged muscles faster than normal and for recovery. The type of recovery you need after going 8+years of no scaling and going RX’d day in and day out sometimes multiple hours multiple times/wods a day and that’s during the offseason. Ain’t no way your not pulling or tearing something if your training past the standard especially in that amount of time. They aren’t going to shoot their cash cows by drug testing them.. I've stayed in shape all my life so far with relative ease compared to some ppl who have their very DNA working against them!.. I don't even try hard, i work out for a few months every 3-5 yrs, get results without too much effort.. Toned bands on my shoulders, back, six pack out etc.. I've known ppl who juice who were jealous of my results.. They could hardly believe it.. Genetics counts for a hell of a lot.. After that willpower.. Willpower to stick to a good routine.. And don't underestimate the importance of good eating.. It's right up there in terms of top 3 vital things ppl get wrong.. Good genetics or not, i wouldn't get a quarter of the results i get without putting the effort in.. And good eating..

Lol, Andrew was really harsh here. At first, I didn't get why, but as I watched the whole video, I got it. It's funny to see how "outsiders" can react differently, Greg Doucette is from bodybuilding, but, even so, he's smart enough to not talk shit about people from other sports. This Mike was on a formidable level of superficiality to talk about Dani and crossfit in general.

That dude was a k mart version of Derek from More Plates More Dates. No scientific backing on his opinions. The only thing he referenced when talking about side effects of PEDs was jawline and recovery time. No looking at her actual performances over time or anything or body fluctuation. Pretty ballsy accusations to make with no real backing from Tyler (idk if that’s his name but he looks like a Tyler to me)

I mildly disagree with your conclusion. Mildly because Im not at least 90% certain- I'm never 100% certain unless they tell me. I disgaree because I subscribe to her Instagram account and during the past two years I've noticed fluctuations in her physique that can't just be explained by off season and on season condition. Again, I believe many crossfitters are using PEDs that help recovery and most of those won't build muscle like androgenic PEDs, but would really help in winning.

I love how all the folks who claim PED use is rampant in CF say that the "athletes can't compete at that level" "can't recover enough" "can't develop that physique" without steroids when what they mean is THEY can't do it. Because they lack the will, desire, and work ethic do so. 66 YOA, 8yr. CrossFitter, L-1 Trainer, 14% bodyfat (could dial it in better if I had the will, LOL) 48% muscle mass. We met at the Games, I was the guy with the pic of the "real deal" Batsuit.

You have to remember that PED’s alone don’t build muscle alone. You still have to work hard. PED’s alone don’t just build muscle. Hard work builds muscle. What PED’s is make your muscles recover faster so you can workout sooner and more then people not on PED’s. People shouldn’t be so judgmental.

I don't know...the guy you are criticizing seems really reasonable and goes to great lengths to say that Dani is a great athlete. I don't really care if she or anyone else is on drugs. Whatever you need, go ahead and do it. I do think it's a waste of time for Crossfit to do testing. I don't think the fans really care if the athletes are using gear. If you're watching Mr. Olympia do you really need reassurance that some guy 5'10" and 340 pounds {ripped to shreds} is really natural?

You don’t get big doing CrossFit, I’ve been lifting for 30 years and workout like any animal and never looked like these people. Oh, p.s. I don’t take any drugs. Also the recovery of these crossfit nuts is suspect. Bottom line, anavor at the minimum. Don’t be scared homie Nothing like the real thing baby

Ok not going to lie but when people make videos like this when a) you didn't do research on the person you are making videos about or b) don't know the sport that you are talking about or c) you aren't even sure about how to determine steroid use is so freaking annoying and maddening!!! I just wanna know what makes people think that Dani would be on any form of cycle? I mean Sam Briggs has a better phsyique than Dani (definition of muscles and such) but no one mentions her. I feel that this is just someone who typed in crossfit girls in instagram and seen her and decided to make this video.

I have no idea who is on what and I'm not going to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. I'm glad that Mr. Hiller is out there doing the research for me, so that I can just enjoy the sport. That said, if I were to bet, I would bet on Ms. Speegle being natural. But, I'm open to changing my mind based on new, credible evidence.

Anabolic Doc is both a competitive powerlifter and has stated on his show that he has female clients on PEDs. So perhaps you should do basic research before calling someone an idiot. Because when you don't and you call him an idiot, guess how that makes you look.
