In 2 Esdras (Aprocrapha) the 4th beast that Daniel saw is an Eagle. AKA America. And yes, America falls when Babylon falls. We have to remember that prophecy can be fulfilled more than once. It can apply to ancient times as well as end times. I don't recall where I recently read that in Isaiah, but he said (paraphrasing) that which has been, shall be again. Isaiah also used Egypt (which was the world super power in his day) as a type for America (who is the super power of our time). Just replace Egypt with the name America when reading Isaiah.

I keep my eyes on that prophecy because its being fullfilled now. Babylon usa falls twice in revelation because babylon first is spiritual, a false gospel that usa babylon took throughout the world. When the overcomers, or manifested sons of God (same people) receive their manifested redemption from the fall, they preach the true gospel of the kingdom to others while the mark of beast is being enforced. Spot on! In Ezekiel 17 both Babylon and Egypt represent eagles. Ezekiel 29 speaks of a horn springing up from the house of Israel, also known as the Northern Kingdom of Israel with 10 tribes. It is the little horn that comes out from the house of Israel, of the 10 horns of Daniel 7. Also, in Daniel 4, Nebuchadnezzar is described as having eagle's feathers and bird's claws. The fourth beast in Daniel 7 is America as it is a melting pot of all nations, tribes and tongues. It is the most powerful nation to represent the lost 10 tribes that assimilated into the nations. Also, the King of the North and King of the South are the most powerful nations throughout history to represent both divided kingdoms of Israel (Northern Kingdom of Israel and Southern Kingdom of Israel). America fulfilled the last part of Daniel 11 when it moved its embassy to Jerusalem in 2018.

Ross Clark kindly directed me and a friend to you, and I truly appreciate your passion for leading people to our Messiah. The points I want to share are not matters of salvation, nor is my intention to criticize your interpretation or any of your book/s. Rather, I hope to offer a few thoughts that may help others see that we don't need to chase after speculative ideas when God's Word speaks clearly. I sincerely plead with you, brothers and sisters, do not be followers of man, but be diligent students of the Word, allowing Scripture to interpret itself. I do not claim to be a prophecy expert, but I urge you to carefully consider some significant mistakes and errors in this teaching. The beautiful harmony of prophetic Scripture is being so severely disrupted that confusion now reigns-and God is NOT the author of confusion. CONTEXT DETERMINES MEANING BROTHERS AND SISTERS! Yavan can refer to: A person: Javan, son of Japheth (Genesis 10:2, 1 Chronicles 1:5). A nation: The Greeks and their territories (Daniel 8:21, Isaiah 66:19, Ezekiel 27:13). Biblical Proof: Isaiah 66:19: "I will send survivors to the nations... to Javan (Greece), to the distant coastlands..." Ezekiel 27:13: "Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders." This clearly refers to Greek trade! Jewish and Christian scholars throughout history have universally identified "Yavan" with Greece, not a vague or future Western power. In Daniel 8:21, the context is about kingdoms and empires, not genealogies. Gabriel explicitly interprets the vision: "The male goat is the kingdom of Greece (Yavan), and the large horn is its first king." Here, it is clearly referring to a nation, not to a descendant of Noah. Jewish scholars and historians have consistently understood "Yavan" in prophetic contexts to refer to Greece. The Jewish historian Josephus records in Antiquities of the Jews (Book 11, Chapter 8) that when Alexander the Great approached Jerusalem, the high priest met him and showed him the prophecies of Daniel, which foretold the rise of the Greek Empire. Josephus writes that Alexander was so impressed by this revelation that he spared Jerusalem and granted the Jews favorable treatment. Nor According to His Dominion" Refers to Division, NOT EXCLUSION! The phrase "nor according to his dominion" means that the empire wouldn't continue with the same strength, unity, or authority that Alexander had. He had complete dominion himself! Historically, after Alexander's death, his empire was divided among his four generals (Cassander, Lysimachus, Seleucus, and Ptolemy), but none ruled with his original, unified power. Daniel 8:22 supports this: "Four kingdoms shall arise out of that nation, but not with its power." This confirms that the empire would continue in a divided and weaker state, not that his generals were excluded. Even for "Others Besides These" Points to Non-Family Succession! The phrase "even for others besides these" simply emphasizes that Alexander's posterity (his children or family) would not inherit the empire. Historically, his sons were murdered, and the empire passed to his generals, who were not his family but rather his military leaders. This fulfills the prophecy EXACTLY: the kingdom passed to "others" (the generals), not his descendants. Daniel 8 and 11 Are Consistent in Explaining the Division Daniel 8:8-9 and 11:4 are describing the same event: the division of Alexander's empire after his death. Daniel 8:8 says: "The great horn was broken, and in place of it four notable ones came up toward the four winds of heaven." This aligns perfectly with Daniel 11:4, reinforcing the point that the empire was divided, not handed to his family, but to his generals. Historical Fulfillment Matches Perfectly! The empire was divided among four generals, forming distinct kingdoms: Cassander ruled Macedonia and Greece. Lysimachus took Thrace and Asia Minor. Seleucus governed the eastern territories. Ptolemy ruled Egypt. These divisions fulfilled Daniel's prophecy without needing speculative interpretations. This allows the flow of prophecy to stay consistent in describing something and then repeating and enlarging later. Alternative Interpretations Ignore Context! Reinterpreting these phrases to exclude Alexander's generals requires ignoring the clear historical and prophetic context. The natural and historically verified understanding is that the empire fractured into four parts, weaker and divided, exactly as Daniel foretold. Brothers and sisters, let us not be swayed by speculative interpretations that distort the clear and harmonious flow of God’s prophetic Word. The beauty of Scripture lies in its consistency, its historical fulfillment, and its progressive unfolding of truth. When we allow the Bible to interpret itself, the pieces fit together perfectly, revealing God’s sovereign hand over the kingdoms of this world. The prophecies of Daniel are not given for confusion but for clarity. God has laid out the progression of world empires-from Babylon to Medo-Persia, from Greece to Rome, and ultimately to the rise of the Papal power-with stunning precision. This steady progression demonstrates God's control over history and His faithfulness in revealing truth. To insert modern geopolitical powers into these ancient prophecies disrupts this prophetic flow and weakens the powerful testimony of fulfilled prophecy, which validates the authority of Scripture. Daniel 12:10 powerfully reminds us: "...the wise shall understand." God has promised that those who humbly seek Him and study His Word with sincere hearts will understand His truth. This understanding is not for those chasing sensational ideas but for those who diligently search the Scriptures and submit to the Holy Spirit's guidance. 2 Peter 1:20-21 (NKJV) also reminds us: "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit." I urge you to stay grounded in Scripture, letting it speak for itself. Prophecy is a divine message, not a playground for speculation. God’s Word was not written to entertain new theories but to equip, warn, and prepare His people for what is to come. Let us pursue truth with humility, diligently studying the Word as the Bereans did, who "searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so" (Acts 17:11). May we seek the Holy Spirit's guidance, avoid confusion, and cling to the clear, consistent truths of God's prophetic Word. "For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints." 1 Corinthians 14:33 (NKJV)

Shalom Dustin, Ross speaks highly of your teachings on having a relationship with Yeshua, something we both agree is paramount. It seems that we share a passion for God’s work. You mention in your rebuttal to my understanding of prophecy that these things are not matters of salvation. How sure are you about that? Our ministry teaches the three major lies of satan, leading people to worship him thinking he is the return of Yeshua. He does this by confusing prophecy, which leads to having them at the wrong place, at the wrong time, expecting the wrong thing. These matters are indeed matters of salvation, and it is prophecy, combined with the festival calendar, that teaches the truth on these things. The role of the Holy Spirit is, according to Ezekiel 36:27, to cause us to walk in Yah’s statutes, and keep and do His judgments. According to Yeshua’s words in John 16:13, the Spirit will also guide us into all (not some) truth and show us things to come (that’s prophecy). In light of this, I do see prophecy as having a significant (certainly not sole) role in salvation, as getting these prophecies wrong could very well lead us to worship the wrong entity at the most critical juncture of this earth’s history. History has a way of repeating itself. Just as the Jews (God’s people) misinterpreted the prophecies of the coming of their Messiah, it is possible that God’s people today have done the same? This question demands an answer. In order to conclude that Daniel’s prophecies (which he specified were sealed until the end, and for the time of the end) were actually at least partially fulfilled over 2000 years ago in the person of Alexander the Great, the “day-year principle” must be used to defend your position. How is it that you can take two opposites (one year of punishment for one day of sin, Numbers 14:34; and one day of punishment for one year of sin, Ezekiel 4:4-6), that were literal, present in their time, for the purpose of meting out judgments, and then use them to declare that only one half of the day-year timing applies, and that it applies only to symbolic (not literal), end time (not present in their time), interpretation of prophecy (instead of meting out of judgments)? If it is the case that in symbolic end time prophecy a day does equal a year, why is it that we use a literal first coming prophecy to prove the day-year principle (Daniel 9:24 “seventy weeks [sevens] are determined”, which, when properly understood is 490 years - seventy 7-year-sabbath cycles - without any supposed principle needed)? Regarding the literal, present day judgments of Numbers and Ezekiel, not one single part of those components is sufficient to form the day-year principle in symbolic apocalyptic prophecy. There is not one text in all of Scripture that indicates that in apocalyptic prophecy one day equals one year. The closest thing you can come to this is when Peter said, “one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” (2 Peter 3:8). I think it is safe to say that we both understand that this is not in reference to prophecy, but God’s patience. The context demands how we interpret. The same can be said for the texts in Numbers and Ezekiel. The context demands the interpretation. These texts are not a code for apocalyptic prophetic interpretation. The day-year “principle” is not a solid rock on which to stand. One example where this fails in your prophetic interpretation is that the judgment began in 1844, based solely on the day-year principle. This interpretation also claims that the pope being jailed by General Berthier of Italy in 1798 was the end of the little horn’s reign. Does this fit the description as portrayed in Daniel 7? The little horn was speaking both before (Daniel 7:8, “a mouth speaking great things”) and after (Daniel 7:11, “the great words which the horn spoke…till the beast was slain…destroyed…the burning flame”) the judgment (Daniel 7:9-10, “thrones were put in place…court was seated…books were opened”). Daniel 7 parallels the destruction of the harlot in Revelation 17:16. It is the same power meeting the same final end. How can the little horn be destroyed in 1798, but the judgment not begin until 1844 based on this prophecy? The order in Daniel is: speaking, judgment, speaking, destroyed. Yet you place it as “speaking, destroyed, judgment”. We have written an entire book (Re-Examining 1844: A Better Understanding) showing the many errors on these matters which we will provide to you free if you are willing to read it and, if possible, show us detail by detail where we are wrong. If your understanding is true, then you lose nothing by investigation, and you would in fact possibly gain a brother and save me from error (if I have ears to hear). Are you willing to investigate this fully, which would require that you take a chance that you might find enough solid evidence to conclude that we are not wrong, and that you are therefore the one who gains truth by having searched (if you have ears to hear)? It is obvious that one of us is in error. Will we be strong enough to admit it and move forward united in a better understanding? We cannot go on our own wisdom. 1 Corinthians 3:19 reminds us that the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. The Holy Spirit’s job, according to Yeshua, is to show us things “to come”, not make sure we had a proper understanding of history thousands of years before our time, and even before Yeshua first came. Why did God seal Daniel until the time of the end, if it was not meant for the time of the end? Was it so that at the time of the end we could all agree that it referred to Alexander the Great 2300+ years ago? Because that had occurred before the gospels were written, and if it was of such paramount understanding, why don’t we see Alexander mentioned by Yeshua or any of the people in His day? Furthermore, you make the point that the High Priest told Alexander that he was fulfilling prophecy. How was that possible for the High Priest to correctly interpret these prophecies before the time of the end, given that they were sealed until the time of the end? Prophecy is to shed a light on the future to illuminate our path, not shine light backwards on something thousands of years after the fact. You and I both agree with 2 Peter 1:19-20: “We have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place…” To be sure, there are dark places in history, but this is not Peter’s point. Prophecy warns us of events that are yet coming that will overwhelm us if we are not prepared three-fold: spiritually, mentally, and physically. To whom does Revelation 10:11 apply, that the little book made the belly bitter, and we must “prophesy again”? Is it just coincidence that Daniel 7 tells a prophecy that perfectly fits the major powers on earth today? Is it just coincidence that I was teaching that Brexit had to happen, based on the lion having eagle’s wings, when a British Bible teacher was telling me I was wrong, that Brexit would never happen, but then it did? Is it just coincidence that my reading of the prophecies told me that Donald Trump would be re-elected when nearly everyone was telling me it would never happen, that he would never be president again, but is about to be inaugurated as if a king? The next major event that will happen is the worldwide conservative movement will take over this woke craziness that we are seeing today. Conservative Christianity is about to take the place of the new world system that is being attempted (but will fail). After this happens, the United States will lead a war against Islam. Islam will be defeated to make way for the Jewish people to build their temple. Donald Trump is the only one who can make all of this happen. I am more than willing to have a one-on-one (or two-on-one if you want to invite Ross) to have a Zoom meeting with you, if you want to reason together on these matters. Are you willing to thoroughly investigate what you hold as truth, to see if it truly stands? Are you ready to give an answer to every man who asks (1 Peter 3:15)? They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says." Women should be submissive and are not allowed to speak.. So Paul is taking his inspiration from the lord God of hosts who is not God apparently in Daniel.. Daniel 11 : 32 "With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him." The king flatteries are very reminiscent of one of Paul discourse to the Thessalonians, i quote : 1 Thessalonians 2 : 5 "5As you know, we never used words of flattery or any pretext for greed. God is our witness!" And if it is the lord God of hosts speaking through his lips, that is all the same.. Since this lord God of Host who is Abaddon has many hosts including Paul.. Therefore the lord God of host is this mighty king/angel of the Abyss and is apparently not God according to Daniel but rather a trickster (!) And he is linked to Dan, i quote : Judges 18 : 15-17 "15So they turned aside there and went to the home of the young Levite, the house of Micah, and greeted him. 16The six hundred Danites stood at the entrance of the gate, armed with their weapons of war. 17And the five men who had gone to spy out the land went inside and took the graven image, the ephod, the household idols, and the molten idol, while the priest stood at the entrance of the gate with the six hundred armed men." Compare this passage with this one : Daniel 9 : 8 "8He will also seize their gods, their metal images and their valuable articles of silver and gold and carry them off to Egypt."

That's a great point that I too was thinking but then I considered the might/power/perceived ranking. US is perceived to be the Head of the UN. If US falls then you have Russia & China vs GB & France. I then considered that GB & France are extremely weak compared to Russia & China, which makes their relevance negligible. So I too am not quite convinced but open to exploring it more.
