and then what, is that a reason why I should trust him to speak the uninterested truth. Anybody that basis his speech on emotions is a manipulator, anybody whose solutions are based on supplements is a seller, anybody who needs to manipulate and sell is dishonest to some degree, and deserves a healthy mistrust on what he says, or rather what he echoes in the echo chamber.

Amazing. I’m 48 and been on keto for 2 yrs next month. I am on a quest to do everything I can to prevent mental decline SO that I can take care of others for as long as possible. Keto has been a gift from God in so many ways. I meet lots of resistance but I’m getting stronger and feel so much different mentally. Thank you for all you do Doc! We Love you! Praying for your mission to reach more people to point them to the Truth and the Truth shall set them free! ⭐️🙏🏼

Siv Well I could speak of it for hours but the short answer is staying in ketosis has given me so much health resolve to a wide range of challenges. Keto for me just keeps getting better. I think some things take a while to heal. I only hope and pray more people give a long enough try to experience the benefits. Mental health, craving control, energy and vitality are all amazing. I am on my 4th year with great blood tests, growing energy, getting leaner as I prioritize protein and keep total carbs under 20 every day. Everyday I eat 1 pound of ground beef, cabbage, iceberg lettuce, fage greek yogurt, homemade gelatin. I will be 50 tomorrow and feel great. Calm and full of energy. I walk 20-30 miles every week and now starting more consistent strength training to gain more muscle. I am 5’5” 130lbs and want to put on more muscle and lose more fat percentage. A big goal is injury prevention as i have some back injuries to manage to not have surgery. So a light frame and strong muscles help me greatly ! Taking quality collagen daily is helping too! I cheer everyone on to their own version of low carb health. For me, for my body healing requires staying in ketosis to manage hormones and mental health. Stay positive and give thanks in all circumstances. Peace be with you all. 🤗

@HopedealersWorldwide
@HopedealersWorldwide 4 жыл бұрын
Insurance usually covers the lab work. The price is very reasonable. An MRI is close to triple the price... making brain SPECT scan imaging much more reasonably priced. But when you experience the Amen Clinics, not only do you get the Brain SPECT scans included in the price, you also get a cognitive- Neurological testing, the most thorough bio-psycho-social-spiritual patient history, and an expert doctors evaluates complete patient history, lab work, SPECT scans, and WebNeuro testing among other factors and offers you a more complete and more accurate diagnosis that is worth its weight in gold! The expert physician advice, treatment plan, and follow up exam are all included. Many have found this entire experience more comfortable for their budget when they pay for it interest free with Care Credit. People spend more money a month on fast food and junk than the monthly cost for this on care credit. This is a life changing gift that you can give yourself and your loved ones. Stories are countless... just do it and know it’s one of the best decisions you could ever make. I am a board certified addictions therapist, my clients most often don’t have 2 nickels to rub together.... but I see their parents remortgage their homes to pay for a $50,000 rehab .... if they only knew that this addiction could have all been avoided for much much much less. Like more than 90% less. And everyone’s lives could’ve been much more peaceful. Addiction SUCKS. So much of substance use disorder could have been avoided in our kids if we had just known what was really going on before addiction occurred and had a chance to treat issues BEFORE addiction occurred. HOW CAN YOU KNOW UNLESS YOU LOOK!

True. But the thing is Dr Amen is Not a nutritionist and got a few things really wrong. Like eat more fat because your brain is all fat. That is massively stupid top say that as a doctor. At the same time he says watch your calories and blood vessels are the most important, which is true. But what clogs arteries IS fat and what makes you fat is calories from fat (mostly refined and animals fats). So his 'show' was interesting but a few things are definitely wrong.

My brain feels so dry. It is not in relaxed state. When I was a child or teenager, my brain used to be so agile and chill. When I say my brain is not relaxed and feels dry, I mean it doesn't feels agile. I broke my heart in love once. It affected me for very long time. It was painful being treated badly and feeling deceived by people who you think love you and care about you and your feelings. I cried my heart out almost everyday for years. Actually it lasted for about 7 years. It affected my brain. At times it was as if I could hear my brain crack causing wounds in my brain. Now its hard for me to organize my life, my time and everything. I don't feel fresh. If you have cried a lot, you might know how brain feels after crying a lot- so dry and void of relaxed and enthusiastic expression on your face• Your face is blank with no expression and seems to be lacking vitality because your brain is lacking vitality. You don't feel lively. It feels like your brain is strained or constrained or bound in a rope so that it cannot move. Its like having ADHD or lack of ritalin in my brain. Please tell me what might have happened to me. How can I became normal again. You might have seen emotionally broken or shattered person in movies or traumatized person in movie or just blank expression on their face. Its just like that. Its like brain not being able to make any expressions or even think properly or make decisions properly. Its also like frontal lobe of your brain responsible for decision making, reasoning, arithmetic, logical thinking and organization being really hard to engage

@@SailingHorizons I run a pediatric medical practice in the Vancouver Washington area and also started seeing parents because their care is so bad. I have run more than 2,000 labs, checking Vit. D and it was shocking how low most people's levels are. I also tested my daughter's vitamin levels 2 years ago when she was 8 years old, and her Vitamin D was 19. I put her on 10,000 IU weekly along with 5000 IU daily. There is no way you are going to adequately raise your vitamin D levels only taking 5,000 IU. You might be able to maintain, but even with some sun in the spring/summer, we are far enough North that there is a decrease in UVB availability. You likely need to be taking Vit. D3 50,000iu weekly and 10,000iu daily for a couple months just to get your levels to sub-optimal. My Vitamin D level was 43, and I take 5,000-10,000 daily.

Question: Do the spect scans show a pattern for GENDER DYSPHORIA? I have a few friends, ( male wanting to be female) and I can see differences among them. One just likes to dress gala woman, but also honors his masculinity when dressed a male. Wants a male or female partner. One let die the male of her duality, but flashy and attracted to men, , and one, I feel just wants to be a girl( woman, wants surgery to be a woman with a woman, so will still be a male chrome attracted to female chrome, which even with surgery, can’t change the chromosome. Not that I don’t want HER to have her hearts desire, but this one, is going to voluntarily sterilize and I’m pities, ( cause no guarantees) and be experimented on with an elective surgery that is NOT GOING TO CHANGE THE BRAIN. And her docs and surgeon just moved her bottom surgery from March 2020 to 2022., and I’m hoping because on the horizon are guarantees. And that she IS the less than 1 percent that maybe should have been born a girl.( there is no history with disfunction or abuse growing up, ) I’m just wondering if u have research on this, that can explain why all of a sudden mutulation elective surgery is so accepted and ramped if it is a BRAIN disorder. Maybe instead of reducing testosterone in males and emasculating them, increase testosterone? I have to support this person, and aid them during surgeries. And I do, but I’m curious to know if hormone therapy can change the sexual orientation to its natural human state? Trying not to insult anyone, I think it’s a legit question. I’m not being a friend and supporter if I just accept this at face value, and not question the community that will chop a mans penis off with no guarantee of orgasm.
