great actors and a great series. a very special relationship the two had, a lot of drama, loneliness. So Karl sabotaged Jacques' checkered one to get it for himself

I saw the series Becoming Karl Lagerfeld. It was great. What saddens me is how FEFFED UP THESE CREATIVE WORLDS AND PEOPLE ARE with abuse, alcohol, drugs, open sex, waste. Never changed. Karl needed the right therapy and therapist. He was jealous of Jacques finally finding his talent that he ruined him and his career. Karl was only loyal to his mother. As for Jacques, he was into codependent, dysfunctional relationships with men, Lagerfeld,, and St.. Laurent and women, he was bisexual. Lagerfeld refers Jacques to Fendi, as a photographer.. They all know hes not one.. But he comes up with a great film idea and Fendi lives it. Jacques get the spotlight and Karl destroys his first chance. That was the final straw for Jacques, it was downhill after that. How selfish to ruin the life of a guy choosing you over Yves St Laurent. Especially since Karl never had a physical relationship with Jacques.

Wish I had Hulu...am sure this will be amazing. Love me some Daniel Bruhl, and Theodore is in a few movies I've wanted to see...Beau is Afraid, and Never Rarely Sometimes Always so I have to catch up with him there. ❤☮🌎

Every real world character Bruhl plays will always compared with his performance as Niki Lauda and so it will always comes second at best.

Daniel Brühl is a good actor but he was a miscast for playing Lagerfeld. Pellerin was brilliant!
