Hey, hope this helps, but what he does, is one of the very basic rolls you do over an object, but that little jump at the end, is something he creates by having his legs tucked in for the entire roll, and sort of shooting them out towards the end of the roll. I guess you can compare it to a kip-up.

the original parkour person I think was a caveman named ak-ut-an who was walking home one day when he came across an elephant. That thing went crazy and tried to kill him. He ran away and climbed up a rock wall to survive the elephant attack. Following this episode was known as the elephant king, the man who survive mar-inga (aka the elephant of doom). He became leader of his tribe, and used his powers to direct the tribe toward developing stone tipped spears. ... thats what i think anyways
