Its a part of life us have these changes as we sge. I am 62 ,I retired at 60 and am constantly changing my diet and increasing my activity to accommodate physical changes. 🙏 That you will adjust and it will be smooth sailing!

The blood pressure thing is such a pain in the posterior! I’m in chronic pain which also raises the blood pressure and have been fighting it for years. Big hugs! I’ve been painting with Daniel Smith for years and, even though they are expensive, they last forever! The set you got contains my staples minus the Pyrrol Scarlet. The Quin Rose is so versatile, it is my go to “red”. Also, do yourself a favor and mix up the Quin Rose with some Ultramarine. You will get a beautiful purple! Finally, I’m a recent convert to New Gamboge. It is such a magical color!

Glad for your support, and welcome. It helps to remember we are not the only ones struggling with health issues. Thanks for the suggestion on the purple. I haven't done with mixing yet so I'll try it! -something to look forward to!
