In an earlier event where Daniel was taking questions comments, I heard him say something quite profound which I had never heard anyone else exclaim before. My thoughts are added to what I heard In his statement, not that it should've been said, but that I have experienced that more like-minded thoughts together can complete better statements and therefore find more complete and better solutions. That being said, I invite anyone to copy and add to or delete what I have here for the better of mankind, but, please, all I ask is that it not be for profit. People are all hurt to some degree and some of us carry around even deeper wounds which many reach out seeking help only to be given happy pills and the rest of us either spend their lives in a vicious cycle of self-medicating, going to rehab after rehab, or skating past everyone using lies and other drugs to cover up the rest because they don't want to have to deal with the stigmas associated with mental/emotional illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, or they don't want to let down thier family, friends, religious ties, etc.., or because they don't recognize that they need help, or for whatever reason. So these others either suffer in silence and try agonizingly to keep their feet on the track they're on, furiously trying to keep organized so they can meet deadlines, keep clients happy, fulfill their commitments, and to meet the lofty targets set by the higher ups, all under such extreme pressures and threats, and then on top of all that must try to keep their family happy as well, or they fall off into the abyss of insane asylums, prisons, or suicide because they don't see any other means of escaping this rat race! The numbers are stagering. The majority of people though are suffering mostly from stress, exhaustion, and are overworked, and instead of getting to the root of the problem to seek a solution, the system prefers handing us antidepresents and having lots of other pacifiers available, so we have all these other means to mask our pains like alcohol, narcotics, street drugs, retail therapy, makeovers, fast cars, porn, vacations, retreats, television, movies, gaming consoles, computers and cell phones for our internet, addinfinum, all of which we turn to for comfort and escape before, during, and after our work days, and many allow these tools to keep them awake all night for in a way, they fear the sleep and peaceful rest which might actually help them to a degree, but we get up and willingly go out and do it again day after day, and year after year, and either we make it to whatever it is to reach our financial goal or with too many failures along the way are forced to fall into some chaotic disarray and financial ruin, like the many poor souls we've all see pushing around shopping carts filled with their dirty meager belongings. The ones who can manage to keep their homes must figure out how to pay for their taxes, food, insurances, and growing cost of prescription drugs. The ones who actually do well enough to retire worry free is actually quite small in comparison. To them we give our congratulations! Now we can't help but notice as you drive by with your nose up in the air, or holding it closed so you don't have to catch a whif of us, but please don't rub our faces in your success and no, we're really not interested in hearing about your newest grand child or your fancy homes, and please don't make us suffer by showing us the pictures! By the way, everyone saw you throw all those golden coins to our children last Christmas, for their eyes got big and now we have to teach them that money is the root of all evil. (Co-authored by Kristin Irene Thorsen (Kartak) without specific permission yet. Hey Daniel, Can I please combine what you said with my thoughts as well in order to show the world how absolutely insane this system of trading time for money is?

I went to Cal Poly Pomona in the late 80's to study Agricultural Science. At the time, my motivation was to take Agronomy to third world countries as a missionary. First to try to educate them on how to grow food in their challenging environment, then to teach the Gospel of Christ. I was questioning my faith in Christianity at the time. My revised motivation became to learn how to grow food so I could build, run and operate a self sufficient farm so I could be independent of money. After castrating sheep, observing how they fucked with lights to produce numerous fake sunrises to get chickens to lay more eggs as their feathers wore from their necks in cages and some lost their legs from getting caught in the cages, observing a cow that they literally cut a hole in it's side into his stomach that was covered by a rubber removable plug with digested food bubbling out so we could learn about digestion by a four compartment ruminant stomach, and taking feed and nutrition to figure out the minimum scientific amount of nutrients the animal would require to sustain itself, learning about the minimum square footage required for pigs in a pen, I realized they weren't teaching me agriculture or farming. They were teaching Corporate Agriculture. It was disgusting. I later changed my major to Art and was prolific for a time, then life happened. I got into trouble with the law, experimented w/natural hallucinogens, traveled through Europe, Commercial fished for Salmon in Alaska, met a girl, got her pregnant, married the girl, had a Beautiful daughter, got divorced, she left w/my daughter to the other side of the country, worked for my father building car wash equipment and later running one of his car washes, drank profusely, got in more trouble with the law. Anyways, my redeeming quality is I've maintained a great relationship with my daughter and she is my favorite human being on the planet. I'm currently an independent insurance field appraiser and wondering where my life went, were my idealism went. My faith in God and Christ have come full circle and I try to understand his will and how I can be used. Daniel, if you read this, I sincerely want to thank you ...for your life, your example, your words. They ring so True and bring me to tears. God Bless You and thank you for reminding me who I am.

The idea is not to forget about the future and not work, is to do things for the sake of doing them, without expecting exterior reward.

Grades won't be obsolete because need way to measure. Need someone that actually knows how to do things such as build a house or whatever if no test then if put things incorrectly what is point will not later be able to build house later. So need a way to measure what someone can do so only people that can do will work the correct jobs.

If you notice, Daniel makes reference to studying several world religions and states that they all have many things which they share in common and that those he's summarizes as being truth since we are agreed upon worldwide.
