tosh wasn't a pro skater as far as I know. But there is a guy named Rob Dyrdek who is a former skater like OG skater from the tony hawk era. Dyrdek has a TV show similiar to Tosh.0... rob was on a show called Rob and big which was about the life him and his security guard "big black" RIP chris. that was pure gold on many, many levels.

Tosh's original comedy central special is all gold, but his "only friends with kids" and "cargo pants day" bits are my favorite from it. He was my favorite comedian for a while, but he kept reusing bits in subsequent specials without adding anything, so he fell a few pegs

i wont say tosh is the greatest of all time or anything, but he does strike deep into territory where a lot of other comedians tread lightly. if most edgy comedians are standing on the edge of a cliff, tosh is already finished rappelling most of the way down the cliff face and his legs are dangling feet from the floor.

For context, Daniel Tosh is definitely among my top-15 or so favorite comedians ever, and his live show was honestly one of the 3 or 4 best I’ve been to. With that said, I have to admit, this clip contained some of the least funny Tosh material I’ve ever seen. Not awful, and there were a few bright spots, but overall rather disappointing. The baby f***ing punch line would have been an absolute killer with a better setup. As it is, it felt like the whole build up was sloppy and forced (not to mention entirely too long). Fair amount of low-hanging fruit, filler, throwaway-joke type material throughout, as well. Ah well, everyone’s got some weaker bits in their catalog, after all.
