The 4th Beast, Rome, changed Gods luni solar calendar which used both the 2 required witnesses in the sky for days, moedim and years (Genesis 1:14), to a solar only calendar, which abolishes 1 of the required witnesses (the moon). Rome invented a solar only week. Leviticus 23 defines the 7th day sabbath as a MOEDIM. Psalm 104:19 says "He appointed the MOON for MOEDIM". Therefore, the 7th day sabbath requires both the sun AND THE MOON, to announce its start time. By creating a manmade false solar only week, Rome changed Gods TIMES.

The saints spoken of in Daniel 7 cannot just be Israel. As we read in verse 21 that after the judgement, favour is made for the saints to inherit the kingdom. The saints spoken of in Daniel 7 are saints as in Revelation 13.
