This gave me hope to use my iPhone again, the "Keep Original" options is what fixed it for me, currently the easiest way for windows users to import is to use the Windows 10 "Photos" app and import from device. This would usually always fail, but when I changed from Automatic to Keep Original, all of my imports, large or small, went flawlessly thank you so much for making this video

Hi Daniel, thanks for this video! I still have 2 questions: 1. Is there also a way to find and delete duplicate photo's.video's from the phone automatically, so I don't download them twice? 2.
