Daniel, I was hit by a call in 1974. I reported it at the time but never followed up. Can I sue?

I know a person who went to have a specific procedure but the surgeon didn't read the notes properly and did a different procedure, they were both in the same area of the body and the doctor had been doing these different procedures all day. They then kept lying about what they did. In this case, that would be negligence in my view.
