Nice detailing, how did you make that submerging transition @ 1.36 , movement from over water surface to underwater surface ??

santhosh babu it is a fake using a few layers with an animated mask on them that act as a layer mask for the second shot. Then I also use a black and white version to drive a camera blurs source layer. Does that make sense??

He painted it using Wacom tablet, on Photoshop. But basically you can just use any stock bitmap images, cut it out in Photoshop and tweak it a bit to look cartoony.

Oh sorry, that blue flash is the default expression that happens when you pick whip to the effect you are add code to. So if I grab the little spirally pick-whip thing and pull it to highlight the effect I can add my math to the existing value of the effect. So it probably said something like "effect.turbulentDisplace.turbulence" or something like that. It isn't necessary for that example.
