Beth and Viv look great together in my opinion and it’s great to get away just to relax after a stressful year and recharge. Ellie and Dan look so cute together and I’m bias though our beaches are great and unique. I really don’t know what happened to me. Lisa and Viv were my life, I literally loved them so much. When they appeared to break up I was so sad. (Honestly they were my gay awakening. Watching their blogs made me decided that I wanted nothing except what they had. But here I am, sapping over Beth and Viv. I think I’ve just come to terms with the fact that they are adults and know what they need/want. I think that the two of them (Viv and Lisa) just needed each other for a specific time in their life, and now they’re just not the same. As long as Lisa isn’t sad, I’m fine with it. I’m super excited for the season and seeing arsenal kick ass as I’m sure they will. Watch out, we’ve got three European champions, a copy America champion, and an angry viv who couldn’t get the euros but did manage to score Beth mead. (Sorry that’s so long!)

I think that they just grew apart. Lisa is definitely happier not being forced into Viv's shadow and she seems to have found her love of football again since moving away from Arsenal. All that really matters is that they are both happy with where their lives are now.

Ellie and Daan look so good together. they support each other so much since daan was out for 9 months and now ellie. daan was fantastic at lyon yesterday she played with so much energy! so glad she's back. beth and viv look cute together looking forward to seeing these two play together in the new season. PS The Netherlands is certainly not as beautiful as Australia, going 100% for Australia

Great photos from Beth and Viv! Viv definitely made a very artsy photo of Viv. Also love the photo dump by Ellie and DvD. The Ballon d'Or will end up to be decided between Beth Mead, especially for her strong performance at the Euro and Alexia Putellas, especially because of the strong performances at the Women's Champions League. Hope that Beth will win this trophy. It takes about 24-26 hours to fly from Austria to Australia and additionally a 10 hour time difference. That means that it's only worthwhile flying to Australia if you take at leat 3-4 weeks off from work. I have family in Melbourne, so it would be nice to visit them. Australia has some of the deadliest snakes and some of them come to the suburbs of cities like Sydney. Greece on the other hand is 2-3 hours away and only 1 hour time difference, Both are beautiful destinations. I would love to go to Australia, but at the moment Greece would be the more convenient option. Btw. I dislike peanut butter.

"Biv" is an easy name for me to remember as it reminds me of one of my favourite musical artists growing up (and fellow Michael B) Michael Bivins, a.k.a. "Biv" of both New Edition and Bell Biv Devoe. I can picture Beth and Viv listening to NE and BBD while chilling out. 😁👊 I'm biased so of course I'd recommend Australia any time of the year but I would absolutely also holiday in Greece too, given the chance.

I think it's funny that some fans went all out about the fact that daan and ellie were together. and now again because beth and viv seem to be together. some people forget that their lives are so different from us, all they have is football and each other. Lizard Island is on the great barrier reef in far north Queensland. It is beautiful and the fishing is amazing. At the moment most days are between 25 -28c it's not humid so perfect for swimming.

My dad built a sailing boat when I was a kid. We had 4 weeks leave and sailed the Queensland coast to a place called Weipa. We spent a couple of weeks sailing around the great barrier reef, swimming and snorkelling around the reef. Lizard was one stop.

You missed mentioning that Rafaelle Souza was also honored by Arsenal for Brazil’s win in the Copa America Femenina that took place the same time as the Euros, captaining the team in place of the injured Marta. They clinched a spot in both next year’s World Cup and the 2024 Olympics. There was a picture taken with her and 4 Arsenal men’s players, all from Brazil and three with the first name of Gabriel! The most notable Arsenal men’s player in the video was Bukayo Saka at the 2:06 mark. He missed the deciding penalty at last year’s mens Euro final that gave Italy the win and got flooded with racist abuse on social media along with Raheem Sterling and Jaden Sancho who also missed their penalty shots. Between Australia and Greece, definitely Australia even in their winter as it’s mild compared to the northern part of the US and there’s AFL (Australian Rules football) and NRL (rugby league) going on at that time.
