Everyone handles anxiety/mental health differently… and that’s okay because a large population of the world do not understand how to manage & console their own feelings in moments of panic/stress. also, Meds are not a solution for everyone (especially people who prefer a more holistic way) - coming from someone who takes medication myself. your comment comes off extremely passive aggressive and seems like you only watched the first 5 minutes of the vlog 🥲 i feel sorry for you that you feel the need to comment negatively (or at least it comes off that way) about someone you don’t even know personally. I hope you learn to look at the positives in life and do some self reflection 🙂
