Yep. Always let your food cool off before you put that in the fridge. I used to work in food service so whoever told you that was correct and they don’t want you getting sick ❤. Alum will prevent wilting in the hydrangeas!! You find it in the spice isle, and mix a bit in with water. They're my favorite so I've learned a thing or two.
