So I've been gone awhile.
In this video I just wanted to talk a bit about why I was gone and show off my Kotobukiya Pokemon figures! I've got both Lillie and Dawn!
I'm still unsure about cooming back, but I knew I at least wanted to try out this video. Thank you so much for watching!

First off, welcome back to the KZbin space. Next, congrats on moving in with Gwyn! Burnout is a real issue that plagues people, so don't hesitate to take a break when needed. Maybe even going fully off social media will help reset you a bit too 😁

I struggle with severe OCD/anxiety. Anime always appealed to misfit types with often such incredible depth of emotion, (like Fruits Basket/Evangelion etc.) My favorite characters, (especially in figure form,) inspire me in my daily life. 😎 (I also find matcha & hojicha tea a calming edition in my otaku lifestyle.)

Hey Danielle! So you took a step back from KZbin to work on yourself? That's so awesome. I'm a huge fan of the Kotobukiya Pokemon trainer line. In fact I've managed to collect all of them. I guess you can say, I've caught them all. Ugh! I'm so corny. Haha! They are amazing figures and display so well.

I'm glad you're in a better place mentally. Hobbies and KZbin are secondary to your happiness and mental health. Burn out is a real thing with any hobby, and when things start feeling more like a chore than something you enjoy, it's time to step away, even just for a little while, and reset. Glad to see your smiling face back in my KZbin feed, but always always always put yourself first.

This is SO amazing.... I cant believe that two of my personal fav figure collectors are in the same place! how wild! What I would say is, working in yourself and feeling comfortable with what you are doing and where you are going is not an easy task, takes time, effort and a lot of uncertainty! Been struggling the past month with some mental struggles randomly. It made me very aware and sensitive to other people and there issues and I’m learning to grow now as a 24 year old! It’s weird but whatever. Anyways I remember subscribing to your KZbin way back in 2021?? And hearing the beginning of this video where you talked about your own struggles for a bit kinda made me realize we’re all in this boat together & we’re all trying to find ways to live life. I don’t know if that does a good job conveying what I want it to convey but tldr I’m glad you’re getting back into the swing of things on youtube! From a stranger on the internet, the smallest of things has been helping me with my struggles lately & this video falls in that category. So thank you and hope you find your foothold in life to move forward!

It's totally okay to feel unsure about coming back. Take your time and find your happiness first~ But I will say I have missed your videos. I like to watch you since you feel so relatable. I watch you and Gwen and a few other figure collectors who just feel so genuine and fun to watch. I've missed you so much! I rewatch your videos all the time, especially your organizing and downsizing videos, those are my go to when I'm cleaning to motivate me 🌸 I'm neurodivergent so I really love the way you get so excited about your passions, cause I'm the same. Mental health comes first, dont push yourself and only make content when you're feeling up to it ❤️ And I'm so happy to hear you live with Gwyn, new environment can be so healing after a burnout

My face hurts from how hard I was smiling watching this 💙 It's so good to hear that you've been growing on your own and being kinder to yourself, that makes me so happy! I've been really wanting to get some Pokemon figures, these trainer figures are adorable! I really want to get some of the scale world figures but they're so expensive. I actually like Dawn in her winter outfit with Turtwig more than her Piplup version so I ended up cancelling my preorder for the re-release haha. The Lily and Cosmog figure was one of my top two grails and I'm so happy I managed to get her re-release, I love her too! 😍 Also we missed you! 😊❤ Would love to see an updated preorders video from you and chill room tour (if you're up to it/have preorders) but do what makes you happy and feel good about uploading again. 😊
