This is the best style of spearfishing video. The music compilations with no commentary suck compared to hearing what was going through your head while you’re doing it.

Wow this really changed my outlook on spearfishing. I’m a fisherman, I love going out there and having to present a bait perfectly to get the fish to eat. I used to think spear fishing was about going down and sniping the fish. First of all, mad props on the conditioning to free dive like that, now for a week straight 🤯. Love the mindset of learning your fish and how to get the shot, and then marksmanship. Awesome video, I’m excited for more! Ps I’m gona guess based on what I’d really want to eat for the next few days; pasta with a garlic cream sauce and fresh fish
