I’m so glad I discovered your channel. Love your routines. Very versatile with long/short bands, kettlebell, dumbbells, body weight, etc. Great direction, rhythm, music, counting, encouragement throughout the workout. Thanks man.

Cannot believe how effective those bands are actually. A huge difference as compared to the cable machine. Picking the right bands is an issue though... mine are either too short or too thick so juggling between these took time so I had to work through the rest periods... but it is a great alternative to the traditional dumbbells and cable rows, very effective! Possibly having a shorter rest between the sets could be of benefit while some do not require any rest at all. Thanks. Looking forward to the next one!
