Holy S H I T! This was GREAT! I felt like garbage from my cheat day and I wanted to go hard and do a full body workout. This nailed it! I look forward to trying more. This was the first time I’ve tried one of your workouts. I’ve been following your channel for a while, just have been caught up doing all the programs. I was undecided what workout I was going to do and this literally was the first video that popped up in my feed. I look forward to trying more

Ok, after the first round I was like "You must be crazy!".... After the second round I was like "You ARE crazy!!!" ... then I decided to stop complaining :D and do modifications :D This one was tough for me... but I told myself..."move, dont stop, modify and move!!!"... so I did, and I finished :) Absolutely great workout. And one more thing... I absolutely LOVEEEEE Be Strong/Nightcap!!! Always puts energy into my veins :))) (18:27)

The workouts are pure fire. I have a slight suggestion just a thought I use my phone. Usually outside, it's small and my eyes are not great anymore. Any chance you could cue it with one statement? Lunges left, right or 3 rows, each side alternating to jump back. Burpee kind of thing just a queue would be nice. Maybe like for the site impaired, I don't know.😊😊😊
