Technically, though they are created at the same time, Lorgar is the 17th while Corvus is the 19th, making Lorgar older. That's why Guilliman addresses the Lion as an older brother compare to how he addresses Horus.

@@griffionwyvrus9063 Unironically this, Corvus probably is one of the most grounded Primarchs only because he is the only one to remember he is "Number 19". The sooner you recognize where you are in the pecking order, the faster you get to the grains. Corvus was happy to help all of his brothers without recognition, and was the first to notice Horus is a bit of a shithead, and that bald Primarchs in general are not to be trusted.

Lorgar, was always terrified of the prophesy that he was destined to die by Corax’s hand. Guessing Lorgar is really in hiding at this point, trying to deny fate.

I wonder how often Lorgar thinks about what would have happened if Curze didn’t intervene on Istvaan. He knows he’d have died, and all his work may have been for nothing.

Except he’s not in hiding anymore. The latest lore is that he’s in the outskirts of the Imperium at the head of a WB host, with no signs of Corax anywhere. So will be interesting to see what happens

@@ianharrison5758 I suspect(hope) it's grim darker and follows established lore. Corvus ain't leaving until he has Lorgar's decapitated head to throw at the Emperor's feet, and Lorgar knows this is how he ends. However, The Dark King is still a card left on the table, and Konrad's own head is still at large. And Konrad knows he is the end of Corvus. Could you imagine for a moment just how far Corax would get with all of Lorgar's former spiritual machinations suddenly being crowned by someone like Curze? "Death is nothing compared to vindication."- Curze, taking a greater leap of faith than Lorgar ever could

@@db-ur6td Konrad alone? No. But Konrad who is attached to a heart and soul like Lorgar would probably be more than a match for Corax,especially if he already received some damage killing Lorgar. I maintain that while Konrad and Sanguinius can see the future, only Corvus and Perturabo can see a thing for what it truly is (why both of them remember the Emperor as a man as well as being 'born' as well as their ultimate roles) and that is a vastly more important power in a fight, to know thyself.

Lorgar better hope that Corax doesn't find Sicarus. If he does, the Word Bearers entire legion is dying with their father. Lorgar has nowhere left to run. Would be a remarkably fitting end I think. Corax once stood alone surrounded by his fallen sons, now its Lorgar's turn to feel that pain.

I mean, Corvus is a primarch created by Emperor and currently very empowered by embracing his warp form and is currently making Lorgar run! Think Lorgar, think! A god is someone able to create something like Corvus. Submit and go back to the Emperor. Corvus my favourite primarch!

I mean technically the Chaos "Gods" were part of it too, which is likely the reason that the Daemon Primarch's aren't really stronger than the Loyalists, just more in tune with their Warp related nature than most of their less chaotically inclined brethren. Corvus is really just what a Primarch truly is when exposed fully left to the Warp, some kind of Warp Entity shoved into a (very) superhuman shell. The Emperor created the vessels and shoved them into it, but He had to sacrifice something to Chaos in order to get them in the first place. In the context of 40k what makes a God? Because all of them are reliant on something else, including the Primarch's and especially so the Emperor.

@AveSicarius We don't know that as of yet if Big E took anything from chaos. The warp? He definitely did take stuff from there. The nature of chaos is to lie and distort things, so even if the gods say, 'the Emperor took our shit,' 99% chance they are lying little shits. These are the same guys who showed horus a vision where big E was worshipped as a god but did not tell horus that was what would ONLY happen if he betrayed the Emperor. Meaning if he didn't betray big E, the imperium would be a much better place. So I dare say are traitor are weak as fck and lack basic logical thinking capabilities. The warp doesn't belong to chaos. Chaos belongs to the warp. I like to believe that the Emperor bypassed chaos and got powers from the warp which he used to make primarchs. And that pissed the hell of these fake gods. But big E doesn't care and that makes them even more pissed!
