Described with a level of terror I only see matched by the way Nagash’s return is written.

The greatest terror in Warhammer was when mighty Settra threw a daemon that invaded one of his cities back into a portal. The chaos gods took a look at him, started sweating profusely and went "understood, have a nice day sir". Second place went to Nagash motivating the Skaven to help someone, self-sacrifice and not backstab them in the end. The sheer depths of evil to achieve that is monumental.

P.S I saw Eater of Worlds, you did a fantastic job bringing to life one of my least favorite Primarchs. Yes, this is a compliment, but I really hate Leman Russ.
