I’m only just now discovering your videos. It’s really crazy how we have some of the exact same experiences... looking in the mirror and seeing an appearantly healthy person, when you feel like you should look like a corps. I had the exact same experience.

💛This interview is ME/CFS/LongCovid HEALING GOLD! I have so much gratitude for both of these individuals, both have brought a significant level of healing to my life--after decades of getting some better, crashing, repeating..... Slowly but most definitely I am being able to clear these underlying blocks and get to a full recovery! 💛

What a lovely guest! Thanks for this channel miguel! Listening to you both share so authenticly was very moving to hear, some real nuggets of gold to! Plus I so relate to the part about feeling how you feel, then looking in the mirror and just not getting how I can look so normal and well! Totally weird!

I really appreciate everything you're doing here, and I believe 100% that mindset is the key to recovery. But just a note on diet. It can absolutely be helpful in stabilizing your condition, if you're on a downward slope. Many of us notice an increase in food sensitivities, which is mostly likely caused by leaky gut and mast cells becoming unstable. I actually have MCAS with my CFS. A low histamine diet helped me to stop the downward slide in my condition. An adapted autoimmune diet was a game changer for me. Going gluten free improved my POTS symptoms so much, that I was able to start increasing my activity levels for the first time. But I'm stuck at a moderate level of activity at the moment. And that's why I need your videos to help me to rewire my brain and calm down my overreactive nervous system XXX

Really enjoyed this interview. It was interesting for me to watch two individuals - who've both experienced what it's like to stand with toes poised over the edge of an abyss - come together on solid ground to share the similar terrain that lead to each of their recoveries Good job!. 👍

A great conversation. I can only repeat myself, thank you for your videos, they were a kind of initial igniter for my recovery. An important piece of the puzzle, I still have a way to go, but now I know that I will get well again! I have made a leap in less than 2 weeks that was unimaginable just a month ago. Unbelievable. Thank you guys.

Thank God we cant just fake it like others do, but are loved enough to receive these negative things to lead us to the REAL and the True things!

Thank you both! It resonates so much with my bodymind what you talked about in this episode. That you go beyond just talking about symptoms and what you did etc. This has its place too, I think, but in this talk you reached deeper and behind what drives our bodies to scream stop at us in the first place. I can recognise this constant push I put upon my self, actually feels like I'm so used to it, kind of an addiction..if I don't push and work through resistance then I'm unsatisfied with myself. Even if I am so sick I cannot work or do much stuff.. But I see it clearer. I find this talk super supportive 💛🙏

So many topics (caves) my CFS has forced me to confront. The notions of a sick society and ego slavery are ones that resonate with my headspace. Going through the trenches at the moment - listening to you guys gives me so much comfort that I can make it too. Thank you both.

when u feel like crashing never do these things 1. lying horizontally lying horizontally makes ur body weak situation and the stress response multiples when i get crash like feeling i simply sit in L shape it decreases crash feeling when i get panic attack i stand and walk it stops panic stimulation. try urself

Mentioning the mind-body battle resonates. My limbic system goes crazy for no reason. Then my mind is fighting to say hey! You are safe, there is no issue... but the limbic system does not care. It just does its own thing and the mind gets frustrated that it has no control over the body and then the energy is just trying to negotiate between both. I also like the idea of going to locations instead of just visualizing them. A simple but powerful concept.

As much as I love both of your work, I must say, I'd rather that you wouldn't compare being in a crash to giving birth, especially as you haven't experienced it. I think giving birth is very much a question of mindset, much as recovery. But giving birth can be a very spiritual and miracoulus experience, but the more you fear it the harder it will get. And all the tales about horrible birthes and how painful it must be, contribute to this fear. As a person who has given birth twice, I can only say, these were two of the most unique and wonderful experiences in my life, and I will never forget them. I know, that for some women birth can be traumatizing, but I feel, that if the tale around it would be different, it would be much easier for women to relax into it, which is so important, because basically it is a big strech that the body needs to do, and you need to relax to strech... Sorry, this needed to come out, otherwise I'm really grateful for both of your work (I feel you have very different ways to go about it, but in the end it adds up to the same principles, just carried out differnently) :)
@cfsrecovery2 жыл бұрын
Dang, did I compare it to giving birth? I definitely take that back if I did 🙏🏼 I don't know what giving birth feels like and I agree with your points Jenny
