Junior, you are a very good speaker and intervenant. Sadly you don't talk about faith and trust in recovery and ourselves as opposite feelings of fear. I would have liked to hear your thoughts on this.🙏

Faith and trust in recovery can be powerful tools-hope and belief in yourself can help counter fear. Everyone’s journey is different, but finding what strengthens your mindset is so important. Wishing you continued strength! 💙

You will. Let your body rest if it needs it. But your mind has to rest too to really restore the energy. I can't sit for very long, let alone walk, because of symptoms that flare up. That's why I'm starting to use a wheelchair atm to lose my fear of being outside, I try it on good days when I have less symptoms. It already has made me so much more hopeful to just be outside for a few minutes. If it was warm, I'd just lay in the grass, so that I'd have even more time outside. Wishing you the best

@mirjamrettig1977 i would love that too. But i would kill for a shower at the Moment. The only fear/roadblock i have is i know extreme extreme severe cases and i am affraid If falling in to it. That has nothing to do that i do Not believe in recovery but it is possible to fall into that Stage, so i cannot Tell my brain that this is not happening because it would because lie and my brain knows that. How long should i wait for the energy, because since 10 months I am waiting and only getting worse. I am calm, try to distract me in my mind i am at the end of finding something joyable. If you are on the beach in the head all day this get bored. I do not understand why i have to teach my Body that Walking is Safe when i never ever taught my Body that it IS unsafe in the first place. In fact i crashed from an activity which gave me so much pleasure and relaxation, why then the Body think there is danger? Now i have to teach my Body that this activity is no danger, when i never told IT that this specific activity is danger. That does not make any kind of sence. I cannot sit like you i wish i could, then i could shower, but it seems my nervous system teaches itself brainretraining in the wrong direction it has obviously a pleasure to do this. For example: in the last 10 months 8 times when i got my period i get so much more energy the First day i got it, everytime after all this logical talking of brain retraining and new Neuropathways Now my brain should have the connection period=more energy because it was trained that way, but guess what IT IS doing. The last time i got my period it was so much Stress to the Body, wasnt before, that i was so worn out after it, so less Energy felt way more worse than before. This time again to much Stress. So even If the brain get teached IT IS Safe, it teaches itself Like it wants too. That is why i really now have problems thinking that brain retraining works because the brain makes what IT wants. I hate it!!!!

But why does the body get inflamed and why does the gut gets out of balance in the first place.. I think what ever was there first, without calming an alarmed nervous system the food and nutrients you eat doesn't even get properly in your system. Same thing with anti inflammatory stuff. Of course eliminating unhealthy food is never a bad idea tho
