I'm a "graduate" of this program. It DOES work! While Crista was my main coach, Junior (and Adrianne) jumped into help when I needed it. Bedbound in May 2023, I walked 4 miles today and drove our manual offroad vehicle all afternoon (something I was fearful of before I got CFS/ME.) I'm 67. If I can do it, you can too! Please take a chance to improve your situation with CFS Recovery if at all possible. Hope will turn into reality. Hug to all you who are struggling. ❤

I don't speak English and understand about 80%. That's why I can't participate in a program. So I'm very happy with you and Raelan. I learn so much! I have had ME for almost 19 years and have been healing very slowly for over 2 years. Since 2020 I have been hobbling behind a walker. Now I can walk a few kilometers again. I recently moved from an apartment to a house with a garden for my health. And I can walk in nature from home. On to complete healing. So exciting to say that, while I still suffer from so much fatigue.

Wow, that’s such an incredible journey! It’s amazing how far you’ve come, and having nature right outside your door sounds so healing. Keep celebrating your progress-every step forward is a victory! 💙

Thanks so much for providing this information for free! It's greatly appreciated! You guys are amazing! I tried doing another Brain Re-training programme throughout 2024, but it hasn't shifted things much at all for me, I'm still mostly bed-bound. I will persevere with what I've learnt to date though. Prior to Brain Re-training, I spent an absolute fortune on a Functional and Integrative MD for 5 years, with no success, so I'm being careful on spending more money right now. It's not easy managing this illness, but I do believe recovery is possible, and you guys are truly inspirational! Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏

Junior is so right about learning to regulate appropriate emotions being key in recovery. I believe for me this illness was driven by inhibiting so called ' negative' or ' forbidden' emotions and the way out is safely expressing whats there....its a work in progress but a necessary journey of rewiring old patterns ❤

I love your videos, because I gain precious insight from each of them. Responding well to symptoms has become the golden rule on my road to recovery. Being in a flareup and allowing frustration and anger (which is there!!!) to dominante digs the hole a lot deeper. Always. I've experienced that again and again. When responding well the flareups are less deep and shorter ..... but still there. Hopefully fading out....🍀
