@@Tearyatobitz Uniqlo doesn't have a lot of brick and mortars in the USA, you can get some decent brands at Costco, just standard American stuff like CK. I always shop Target when I'm there and never buy anything, its not very well made. You can get better quality than Karter from Superdry, about the same price. When you live in most of the US your best bet is still Macys or online, or online Macys.

I live in Japan and one downside to UniQlo for me is that everyone is wearing it. Everyone. Including kids. Not fun when I show up to school with the same hoodie as one of my 6th-grade students.

Gotta agree with carhartt WIP. I've spent a lot of money on clothes and the best best best is carhartt WIP. I have never had so much passion for a brand. Being that it's quite minimal as it is and it's just essentials to an extent it's helping me towards my move to the minimal look. Also with the amazing collabs. I recently picked stuff up from the APC and awake ny Collab. Best brand

Uniqlo is definitely not cheap. Their plain basic t shirts priced at £24.99 , being the lowest price. However, there's no denying the materials of the garments from Uniqlo is up there amongst the best. Texture wise and accuracy of body fit.

Barbour coats buy once last forever, Clarke’s for boots quality and easy repaired, Burberry for scarves, Levi’s for jeans and all things denim, fat farm for henleys and over sized comfortable clothes and finally Lyle and Scott chordal especially if you get a tailor to fit them to you. All these things are affordable last forever and easy repaired

Hey Daniel, I've shopped at Oak+Fort a lot and have mixed opinions on their products. The quality of their products are extremely HIT OR MISS. I've had shirts that I've washed several times without any signs of shrinkage or fading. But I also have shirts/sweaters from them that shrink/pill after one wash...without putting them in the dryer. I have a jacket from them where one sleeve is longer than the other. I have a pair of trouser from them that started pilling after one wear. That being said, I own a button of from them, my favorite piece in which I have ZERO complaints. Don't even get me started on their sizing inconsistencies. Yes, the brand focuses on more oversized, boxy fits however their sizes are just...FUCKED. Sometimes an XS and fit like a M, and other times S like an XS. Many peices I've tried in person have this problem. I still love their aesthetic, the neutral earth tones and minimalistic look they go for is very attractive to me. However their quality / size inconsistency and prices push me away.

It seems from what i am reading in your posts that many people lack imagination nowadays as menswear has gone minimal like Cos and Muji were doiing about 10 years ago…Is that what it’s all come to in the lower not too cheap mens clothing lines? If Cos stayed where it is, it’s time to go to H&M again ! As for not so ‘’Unique not so glo’…’’ nowadays, Mango Men and Zara collections are on par nowadays with mainstream brands and with more color. Really good brand, I bouth a coat "google: Mango parka auden", it is the best outwear I have ever had by far. Indeed they have commented they dont want to be a fast fashion brand. Seems it is the same s*** as Zara because both are from Spain but I would say Mango is reaching quality similar to Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste
