Thats a good one! These mixers are user friendly and the mixing sticks have a little insertion in the bottom of them that we insert onto the mixing machine. To remove I simply pull it off by wrapping a napkin around it and pull, discard, get a new mixing stick and insert it back on. Repeat as needed.
