This band has the perfect combination of instruments. You can even hear the flute and clarinets that are a large part of the over all sound. Great video about a great band. We even get to see the Queen.

Awesome Denmark! This is what a true democracy looks like on parade. I served w/ Danish soldiers in Afghanistan and can attest to their courage and talent. I just hope that as a society Denmark does not abandon its policy of national service ("the draft"). It's not militaristic--it's inherently democratic. It would be tough for anyone to find a more humane and decent people (remember their courage during the Holocaust).

Thank Heavens for people like you. I want to move to Denmark because I know there I will find happiness and what I need in my life. I am not a soldier or Danish, but there is no place where the people have a bigger heart than Scandinavia definitely my experiences with Danes, Norwegians, Swedish have been wonderful ones. They are beautiful and value the right correct things. They care about other people. Not many countries like that anymore. The wars and national service have nothing to do with each other. National service is a good thing. Coming home in a coffin or severely wounded is not something I wish on any human being. I am adding you as a friend!

This almost brings a tear to my eye ! I was standing at attention at that parade, having come back from my first deployment with ISAF9 in MOB Price the year before ! Been 5 deployments so far (and counting).

This warms my heart to see. A beautiful Queen way better than Britain's whom I also love and also is beautiful, but if that woman is the Queen she is a very beautiful woman. The soldiers all look really good and really happy. Denmark must get out of the wars, but never abandon national service. If we had it here in America or they had it in Britain if armies were uplifted instead of demolished it would be better. Scaling back doesn't bring peace it brings homeless people, unproper care, and misery. I'm not a soldier, but it was something I always wanted to do. Good work Denmark you're a great country.

Woah woah hold hard, HM The Queen is literally in her late 90s, be sympathetic. I agree with national service. Our nation seems lost, it's trying to find an identity but struggling.

Don't try to educate some people. Just rely on the fact that there are those of us who still appreciate a good solid sounding military band regardless of the uniform. There are some really good marches that are easy to play and march by. This is certainly one of them

love seeing this again! Denmark has a long and proud history and is an example to the world in almost every sphere. Good governance. Liberty and justice and the rule of law. I hope my own country (USA) can learn from Denmark. The fact that thy were so loyal to our friendship after 9/11 is humbling.
