Many thanks Danko for this promotion of Horchata and Valencia ... Horchata is a drink made from "Xufa" in English tighernut- it is like almonds that grow under the earth, mixed with water and some sugar. This vegetable is grown in Valencia and it is a very traditional and healthy drink.
