Nietzsche wrote about how people must always have the next "goal" or "purpose" for their "will to power." People tend to default to "I just need to get to that point then I'll be fulfilled." When the true fulfillment is "the constant overcoming of one's self." Playing the infinite game.

The conscription military service is searching for me and if they find me, i'll go to the jail. Just because i dont want to die in war and dont want to kill people. I have girlfriend and we want to be family. But this annoying situation brokes me. Thank you for your videos. I hope some day I can use your advices. ps soory for my english

“struggle is a part of life.” So true! Tell that to my wife. She is a Christian and believes that she is cursed and forsaken when difficulties arise. She even gets depressed because of this idea she has. Even Jesus says that there will be troubles and you will overcome. She doesn’t get that. I’m beginning to think she has a serious mental problem. I got very sick last year, but I recovered in an amazing way and is even fitter and healthier than I ever was. She says it was witchcraft and I am cursed, but she does not see the miracle in me recovering with stellar health now… Her mind and ideas are dangerous and I can’t let her into my mind. Lol I will leave her when my kids are old enough and have strong minds to not be infected by her ideas.

Nutritional deficiencies (Vitamin C, B Vitamins, the fat soluble vitamins, etc.), mineral depletion, and heavy metal accumulation (mercury, aluminum, iron, lead, cadmium, etc.) can cause severe symptoms of mental "illness" such as: anxiety, depression, fear, paranoia, etc. Would invite you to explore those areas if interested for they might offer potential alleviation of the experiences you are facing together. And stress (aka intense negative thinking) can cause & exacerbate said deficiencies and facilitate toxic metal accumulation as well. It becomes self perpetuating

She sounds like she is a surface level Christian. Try to help her as much as you can. At the end of the day, it is for better or worst. Have you tried counselling or point out to her how her thinking doesnt align with her beliefs ? I take it you are not Christian ? I deal with constant depressing and struggle with suffering hence why i watch these self improvement videos because i am tired of the way i am. Plus i am staying away from dating too

This is just mindblowing! Every word, every concept, every quote is gold here. After watching this video, I have realized that I am in the lost phase. For several days I had no motivation to work on anything. Then yesterday, I accepted that I need to do something to get out of this rut. Today, this video popped up in my feed! And I'm so glad it did. I am feeling much better about myself. I can actually visualize all the times I have gone through these phases in my life, and everything is making sense now. This too shall pass, and I'll be working towards the next phase. Thank you Dan for sharing your immense wisdom🙏 You have truly cracked the code!

I've watched alot of self help videos for at least a decade. Professionals, psychologist, Buddhist, bunch of philosophy, ideology etc.. You are actually the first person I've come across that helped me to put my thoughts in order and prioritize actions. I've had so much going on in my mind, but your words really helped me to push myself to think about what the next step should be. There's alot of contents out there that talks about the disadvantage of having mental illness, traumas etc, and its good to learn about things like that because it allows you to better analyze your life/situation. But contents like yours are mandatory because you actually give practical advice for action. You're also very different from the generic motivational speakers that tell people to 'just do it and man up'. I wanted to express my appreciation for your contents, and although I have a long way to go, Im hoping that I'll actually change my life for the better through practical actions.

Dan thank god for this video! I've been on a pretty good pathway towards my own goals. I aim to be similar to you in terms of having my own business and having complete control over my mind, discipline and focused on building my business in self development and fitness. The one thing I've struggled with is that lately I've hit this wall where I noticed a dip in my Instagram engagement, my home situation has been stressful this week and I started to feel panic and anger building within my mind and body. I had no idea how to get out of this rut even though I've been getting myself out of ruts before but as I watch this video I will take this in to recovering and correcting my trajectory.

Its a dance between the polarities of plus and minus. Its a breathing in and out of cosmic energy from the quantum into the third dimension. We see and experience it as seasons. Spring and summer (positive ) autum winter( negative) Its what the Heroes journey is, its the same simple pattern that is expressed everywhere. The spiralling of spiritual energy upwards against itself the force of entropy, each growing each learning more who they are as everything. Think in terms of magnetics.

I've experienced and worked through these things myself and I hope this overview can help others. I've found ways to do this better especially alone and with additional barriers I want to share but I don't have much audience and my current network most everyone is working through this from very precarious and challenging situations. First I think it's important to note that although lack of money or resources, safe and stable housing or place to be, connectivity and working devices, and/or people willing and able to understand and help work through things, can be an "excuse", figuring out how to access these in addition to the psychological learning/reflection/anticipation/discovery aspects can be significant challenges in themselves. With the economy in the state it's in, basically globally, and a trend of many people setting boundaries against negativity including people experiencing distress, talking through past experience and brainstorming options, and material need, and/or interpreted with labels like narcissist or borderline or depressed or experiencing psychosis or "being too idealistic" or "caring too much" and so on, the challenge takes on additional dimensions. I've found music and lyrics and a variety of content I'm working to distill helpful, and there's more and more of this that's relevant being created. Still it's worth noting this poses an informational overload and time constraint challenge especially these days. Formal education established in the 20th century and before, and likewise "mental health" and a lot of other formal services including a lot of religion based advice, doesn't tend to cover these topics well and in fact tends to convey that this figuring out, beyond whatever is considered normal by "elders", isn't "realistic" and in fact can lead to the kind of labels I outlined above, whether or not they're valid at all, and even where they might be, I see widespread assumption there's not much one can do or bad advice on how to transform the problems. Meanwhile I've found a variety of content, concepts, insights and expertise relevant to transforming all the problems leading to these categorizations, but it's scattered and figuring things out often requires piecing together insights from varied sources, in my experience. I've done a lot of this workshopping with the goal of offering more streamlined content and assistance to people and sets of people struggling with these dilemmas, however like I said I don't have much audience and I don't have access to borrowing and I'm triaging my income trying to keep a few friends/collaborators with marginally survivable circumstances while we work to figure this out from different angles. Generally, contacting people even who understand a lot based on what they've shared goes nowhere because people are busy and few people are taking as much of a meta and epistemic (study of knowledge and knowing including drawing on all these insights and understanding individual differences) approach. So even here in comments trying to sum up key aspects of this adapted to the current ways of seeing and needs of the range of people who may be reading is challenging, and the same with producing video and published text starting with close to zero audience. So much content already exists, people widely don't know what to trust beyond what they already do or what's worth giving time to dive into, and I've also experienced that as I continue to keep up on new developments and discover new people with insights and keep up with their content updates. Meanwhile I know many people dealing with these kinds of figuring out also in situations of precarity like having nowhere safe to go or only temporarily, or connected with "help" that doesn't recognize this pursuit of life beyond the mundane 20th century "getting by" which is working and worth it for fewer and fewer people. I'm interested to dialogue about these problems and opportunities further and find people to workshop content relevant to all this with. Anyone seeing similar and/or wanting to collaborate on it as so many are fleeing the 20th century paradigms?
