Grandmaster is also my fave MXTX story, too! I just love WangXian and the story is my favorite. Plus, The Untamed is just 🤌 And the release schedule is crazy for danmei. So glad so much is getting translated, but keeping up is rough! Great video, as always!

Fr, The Untamed was so good I forgot to be mad about the censorship 😂and yeah that schedule is insane, I've stopped trying to keep up with all of it, I mostly keep track of just 7S

i recommend reading the rest of mdzs!!! the other adaptations just doesn’t do wangxian justice in terms of how beautiful and raw their relationship is. Vol 4 and Vol 5 are by far my most favourite volumes in terms of hurt comfort and wangxian deserve the world 🤧

I definitely plan to read all of it sometime this year, I'm just trying to give myself enough time so that the other adaptations don't feel tattooed in my brain anymore 🤭

I'm a new danmei fan (only watched the tgcf and mdzs donghua so I'm planning to buy the novels)! Your collection is to die for 😍 TGCF has been my favourite so far and so those are the novels I'm planning to buy first. I wasn't that in love with MDZS (first season in particular), but Wuxian owns my entire heart and I will defend him till my last breath, and also the Wangxian relationship seems to be much deeper in the novels, so I'm thinking of getting those too. Another danmei I clocked is The Husky and his cat Shizun (can't remember the actual title yet), is it good? I love lots of fluff and cute moments, and I'm not too crazy on super tragic stories, so I'd like something more light-hearted than TGCF and MDZS, if a danmei like that even exists. You own a lot of titles I've never heard of, so those will have to go on my list too!

Hi and thank you! 🤗The novels of both MDZS and TGCF explore a bit more for sure so I always encourage reading them if you're interested. The Husky and his white cat Shizun has a misleading title, it is a pretty angsty and tragic story. If you're looking for something lighthearted, I highly recommend Golden Terrace. The romance is the main plot and everything else just plays a supporting role but it's beautifully done and a pretty short series too with only 2 volumes.

I’m still sad I didn’t get to buy the 4th book of svsss..😭 I went to B&N and it was the only volume I am missing and I’m still mad about it. I trying to save money so it will be a while till I get it probably…but I really need it because I know I’m missing so much context 😭😭😭 I also am having the same problem with Mdzs bc I watch all episodes of The Untamed but I think I will read it soon because The Untamed was missing the romance unfortunately 😅. But yeah I keep procrastinating reading it 😂

Yep! I watched The Untamed as well, it's still so good even without the romance but it unfortunately makes it hard to read the novels immediately after so it'll have to wait, maybe later this year. Also, B&N has the exclusive edition of SVSSS book 4 online and you can get it shipped to you instead.....
