I personally love this animation. It's a bit macabre and also profoundly symbolic at that same time. To me, one of the Main reasons people sacrifice their identity or values is from feeling lonely. The fact that the young man was already building the guillotine before he met the young lady, to me shows he's been contemplating "fitting in" to connect to someone for a while now. But when he was rejected by the young lady, that just further validated his ill-gotten decision to cut off his head. Another moral to this story is, as long as you have yourself, you have someone.

女性が、頭がある彼を受け入れていたら違う結果になったのかな… 集団に馴染む為にずっと前から自分の個性を殺す準備をしていて、最後に女性がその決断を後押ししてしまった😢 頭を切ったあと、ゆっくり目を瞑っていく男性の顔がある意味幸せそうにも見えて複雑な気持ちになった( ; ; ) でも、私も彼と同じ立場だったら、頭があっても生きにくいだけだから同じように頭を切るか、いっそ命を自分で絶ってたと思う。。

It is beyond sad, it is melancholy envisioned from a day in the life of an U.S. American Melancholy is beyond sad: as a noun or an adjective, it's a word for the gloomiest of spirits. Being melancholy means that you're overcome in sorrow, wrapped up in sorrowful thoughts. The word started off as a noun for deep sadness, from a rather disgusting source.

"Danny Boy" by Frederic Weatherly, and actually he did not compose the root melody. He took the root melody from Irish folk tune "Londonderry Air".

people interprates the story in different ways. May be it's about not trying to be smarter than everybody else. May be it's better to be dumber and not alone. What is the point of being better than all and staying lone

@@doomslayer2290 Oh, I get it now, the nine-eleven disaster. I think the author wanted to tell us that all those blind people chose themselves to be blind or were raised to be blind and so they think it is normal to be blind. About the nine-eleven terrorists, probably the author wanted to tell us that these terrorists were raised blind, I mean they were raised with some seriously nonsense faith that killing innocent people is a good and kind thing. And there is also a chance that these terrorists were realizing that such act is nonsense and bad and evil, but they were psychologically forced by the terroristic community where they were raised. In short, sometimes people are so heavily brainwashed that they have heavily decreased the ability to think critically and determine good and bad things from their natural sense of conscience/morality.
