He's always had the ability to rap like this. There's a video of him performing 3 new songs from his new album and it is going to be very different. But artistry is self expression, and if shit is going on in an artists life that he needs to express and make music about it if you're a real fan you'll appreciate that just as much. I like that shit a lot because you actually get a glimpse into their life like Ab-Soul's Book of Soul for example. As fans all we should do is appreciate what they give us.
