Danny Dietrich discusses his Selinsgrove win, PA Speedweek success, battling Anthony Macri, more

We caught up with Danny Dietrich and Jake Sgrignoli after Sunday's PA Speedweek victory at Selinsgrove. The pair discussed success over a 10-race series, competing against Anthony Macri, working well together as a team, and some shenanigans, as well. I hate Southern Comfort too! Bad experience back in the day. Whole half gallon broke on a tile in my apartment took months to get the smell out lol

To be one of the best drivers in the country, I would think that they should be on an Outlaws tour or High Limit tour and be in the top 5 in points in those tours. Those drivers are in competition against the best local drivers in the country from state to state and racing at different size tracks other than the typical 1/2 mile tracks of central Pennsylvania. DD can't make that claim that he is one of the best in the country since he mainly races at these 1/2 mile central PA tracks. Didn't DD bomb for Ohio Speedweeks?

@michaelmarshall1447 The overall best driver in the country since June or after the Memorial Day weekend is the California 18 year old that just graduated from high school, Corey Day. He dominated in the month of June.
