In an unexpected encounter, Danny crosses paths with Mo Teague, a distinguished former soldier and member of the Queen's Royal Guard. Mo, now dedicated to sharing his expertise, unveils his formidable full-contact self-defense techniques, honed through years of service, to both the Special Air Service and the Metropolitan Police. As Mo imparts his knowledge, Danny delves into a world of intense training and strategic defense, discovering the intricate artistry behind safeguarding oneself in the face of danger.

Getting punched by an enemy soldier should hurt. Mo didn't give him a dig, he gave him a demonstration. Wtf use is trying to become proficient in self defense if you don't learn how to absorb, react and deal with an attack. So many strange reactions here, I can only guess a lot of you have never really fought a fight or two in your lives. That's lucky but not realistic of the life many other people experience. Our streets seem to be way more dangerous now than back in the 70's & 80's when I was growing, self defence and the experience of dealing with attacks seems to be a very necessary skill/mindset to develop in these times. I wonder is a child's experience of having to fend for itself much less likely to develop with the way we parent and restrict their movements nowadays.

@merlin8514 I wasn't particularly talking about you re: not having experience, however I do think my comment was relevant. I do think Teague pulled his punch, so to speak, when he hit Dyer on the chin. The reason you mention abuse of a loved one, I don't get. However, I do agree that it is abuse and despicable.
